The CleanTrack 900 Oil Discharge Monitoring and Control system is approved and certified in accordance with MARPOL 73/78 Annex I, Reg.15(3)(a), IMO Res. A.586(14) and MEPC.51(32). Also certified for Oil-like substances as per Annex II, Reg 14. Deliveries to new tankers with keel laid after January 1, 2005 will meet the new IMO requirement of MEPC 108(49). Due to the simplicity of the sampling system, installation is flexible and easy both for newbuildings and for existing tankers eg. replacing of old systems.
The unique fresh water flushing and backflushing feature keeps sampling piping, pump and valves clean, leaving the sampling system filled with fresh water at shut-down. |
